Bar Staff

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and reliable Bar Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who will have managerial capabilities to manage Monday and Tuesday trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve drinks efficiently and professionally to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with licensing laws
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years old
• Previous bar experience is essential
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability, especially during weekend evenings
• Must be available for Monday and Tuesday lunch and dinner shifts
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment
• Knowledge of cocktails and drink preparation is a plus
