General Farm Worker / Stock Person

Rodway Farm, Cannington seeks a full time General Farm Worker to take on range of agricultural roles and responsibilities including cattle, sheep including lambing, milking and maintenance of equipment and facilities. Although a livestock role the duties will also include assisting with tractor driving and machinery use when required.

The applicant must recognise the nature of the environment and have high regard for essential health and safety measures, as well as the upmost respect for animal welfare.  Ideally the applicant will have experience with sheep as well as dairy. The applicant needs to be able to manage their own time, be organised, a team player, a self-starter and be a good communicator.   Farm work experience is required but further training can be provided.
