The High Needs Operations and Funding Manager position is a key leadership role, focused upon ensuring a seamless Additional Learning Support processes in relation to high needs funding for all provision types as well as operational processes and procedures. The role will also focus on leading, managing and providing oversight across the college groups EHCP Annual Reviews.  You will drive standards across your area and consistently strive to deliver the highest quality experiences for all students. 

Salary - £39,335 - £42,376 Per annum *Plus 20.3% Employer Pension Contribution.
