24x7 Group is a family-owned business that has been providing home-to-school transport since 2001. Due to continued growth and business expansion – and with the increased demand from local councils – we are pleased to be able to offer opportunities nationwide on a part-time but permanent basis.

You will be required to work from Monday to Friday, during school hours in term time only. Your day will normally start in time to complete a school run in the morning and another in the afternoon on each day. Our minimum working hours are 12.5 hours per week with some routes exceeding 25 hours (this generally equates to an average 18 hours per week, subject to the route that is allocated to you).

Job Role

This is a part-time but permanent position to:

· provide hands-on passenger support during transport for special needs (SEN) or vulnerable children and adults to and from school, college, or day care centres

· work in an effective, safe, and flexible manner, supporting the operation of the company

You will need to:

· make yourself available in both mornings and afternoons on schooldays.

· quickly establish positive and professional relationships with passengers, their carers/parents, and the key people at the establishments the passengers attend.

Training will be provided and successful applicants will be required to return an acceptable enhanced DBS check (with barring checks) under the Child and Adult Combined workforce. Applications from those with a current certificate or one registered on the DBS Update Service will be welcomed.

If you feel that you are the right person for this role and would like to join our team, we would love to hear from you.
