Lecturer Business - Part Time

Lecturer Business (0.8, part time - 30 hours per week).

To deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment on the T Level in Management and Administration (Business Management pathway), ensuring outstanding student progress, achievement and progression.

Salary - £25,419 - £29,356 per annum (Actual) £31,350 - £36,202 per annum (FTE) Plus 28.70% Employer Pension Contribution. 

The post holder will design and deliver an industry-relevant curriculum that integrates core knowledge, occupational specialism content, and employer-set projects, preparing students for skilled employment, apprenticeships, or higher education by blending rigorous classroom learning with practical, industry-focused application. The post holder will lead a successful team to contribute to the college’s expectations of quality.
