  • Support student access to library and digital resources, and work with staff to improve engagement and reading outcomes.
  • Supervise and train student library ambassadors and support literacy-based extracurricular activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a library or educational setting is beneficial, but not essential – training will be provided.
  • Strong organisational and ICT skills, with the ability to learn new systems.
  • A proactive, approachable individual with excellent communication skills.
  • A team player with a creative mindset and a genuine love for books and learning.
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion.

What We Offer:

  • A generous local government pension scheme
  • Access to an Employee Rewards package, including high street discounts and a dedicated Staff Wellbeing Centre
  • Opportunities for professional development and training
  • The chance to be part of a passionate and collaborative school community
