The Role:

  • Lead and manage a high-quality children’s home in line with regulations

  • Inspire and support your team to deliver exceptional care

  • Build positive relationships with professionals and families

What You’ll Need:

  • Extensive experience in children’s residential care management

  • Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding

  • Level 3 Diploma (Children & Young People’s Workforce)

  • Level 5 Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete)

  • Full UK Driving Licence
