We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join our team providing excellent health care to residents at our Nursing Home in Ilminster, Somerset. Opportunities are available on a fulltime basis for both days and nights shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Team Management skills
