Job Description

The Student Experience Officer will lead the development and delivery and promotion of student-led clubs and societies, working closely with the Students’ Union to ensure all learners across UCS College Group have equitable access to enriching opportunities that promote personal growth, leadership, and community engagement.

Term time only

Salary: £23,136 per annum Actual £26,101 per annum Scale 4 FTE

The role includes coordinating college Student Experience opportunities and EDI initiatives, supervising the Students’ Union space to promote a safe and inclusive environment, and providing tailored wellbeing mentoring to support individual student needs, ensuring students are connected to appropriate specialist services when required.
