The successful candidate will work within our Apprenticeships and Workforce Skills Department and closely with our Business Development team. You will work as part of a high performing team and be responsible for supporting learners towards timely completion for our Level 4 Associate Project Management. You may also be interested in supporting Level 3 Team Leader, Level 5 Departmental / Operations Manager and other affiliated apprenticeship standards, as well as some commercial activity.
Ideally you will have project management experience with supporting qualifications, and be able to demonstrate experience of working within quality systems and procedures.
You will be proactive and enthusiastic, whilst being empathetic to the needs of work- based learners. Ultimately you will be motivated and committed to ensuring all learners to maximise their potential and achieve timely success.
Experience of delivering training and a relevant assessment qualification (D32/D33/A1) is desirable but not essential, as are qualifications or experience in Leadership and Management and Project Management.
Most importantly, you will be a great team player, and be motivated and committed to ensuring all learners maximise their potential, deliver impact within their organisations and are fully prepared to embark on the next stage of their career journey.
