Open Day
Unity Holidays is hosting a Recruitment Open Day at Unity Beach, Brean, giving you the chance to:
- Meet our managers face-to-face
- Learn about our seasonal roles for the 2026 season
- Understand hours, flexibility and contract options
- Apply on the day and fast-track your application
Most of our roles are seasonal, making them ideal if you’re looking for work over spring, summer and peak periods — with some opportunities to return year after year!
Roles We’re Recruiting For
We’re recruiting across multiple departments, including:
- Food & Beverage Team Members
- Housekeeping & Cleaning
- Security
- Lifeguards (Trainee & Qualified)
Contracts will be seasonal, part-time or casual, depending on role and availability.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need experience for most roles. We’re looking for people who are:
- Friendly, reliable and enthusiastic
- Comfortable working in a busy, guest-focused environment
- Willing to learn and support their teammates
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends (role-dependent)
